Reality Check: Wildrose MLA blames a “hack job” for his bozo eruption tweet

EDMONTON – The plot thickens as to why Wildrose MLA Rick Strankman tweeted the Prime Minister is a “gutless puke” last week. Today, he claimed his account underwent a “hack job.”

In an interview with Stettler’s RealCountry 93.3 radio station, Strankman said,

“That was a hack job, to the best of our ability. I’m not fully versed in the technical aspects of that all. But it turned out, to the best of our ability, it’s a hack job.”[1]

In the Drumheller Mail newspaper two days ago, Strankman said the electricity caused his phone to tweet those words.

When it comes to day three excuses, here’s hoping Bigfoot has a good alibi, as his whereabouts are still unknown at press time.
