Sarah Hoffman, NDP Critic for Education, made the following statement following the introduction of Bill 55:

"I speak with Alberta students, staff and families every day. They are calling for less crowded classrooms, a modern curriculum we can be proud of, and more supports for students with complex needs. Minister LaGrange is failing at all of these issues, and she should address them before she creates more bureaucracy in education."
